Alleged threat made at El Centro DMV office

An alleged threat at the Department of Motor Vehicles office is being investigated in El Centro Monday.

We spoke to California Highway Patrol officials who made contact with the suspect, Theodore Turner, and have no plans of arrest or to file charges.

According to Imperial Valley Press, California Highway Patrol Officer Javier Amezcua said Turner remarked he alleged to “light up” the office similarly to Las Vegas through a broadcast live via Facebook.

Officials are still investigating the incident.
