NaNoWriMo Writing Workshops
National Novel Writing Month is a fun, seat-of-your-pants approach to novel writing! Participants begin writing on November 1st. The goal is to write a 50,000-word (approximately 175 page) novel by 11:59:59, November 30th.
Get a head start at Yuma County Libraries! Aspiring authors are invited to attend “Explore Your Inner Fairy Tale,” a series of writing workshops at the Main and Foothills libraries throughout the month of September.
Co-Municipal Liaisons as well as Co-Moderators of Write on the Edge, Christine Howard and Melissa Stevens have 13 books published between them. Together they have participated in and completed this 50,000-word challenge 11 times in the past.
