“Zootropolis” makes a move in Yuma

Students from Dawn’s Dance Studio in Yuma are ready to show you their “wild” side. The end of the year recital,”Zootropolis” is inspired from the popular Disney movie “Zootopia”. Dancers as young as five years old to adults are showcasing their talent by giving the audience an interactive experience dressed as animals. Choreographer Ari-Shay says the audience can expect a lot of fun and laughter from the show.
” It’s just kind of an inspirational show. It kind of gives the message that you can be whatever you want to be. Be confident, and you can do whatever you want.” The show is at Snider Auditorium at Yuma High school.Tickets are $10 and are still available at the door. The show opens tonight at 6:30p.m. and will have a second performance tomorrow night at 6:30 p.m. If you’d like more information click here.
