Man arrested for disorderly conduct

The Yuma Police Department arrested a man Saturday after allegations that he did sexual motions in front of three underage girls.

On Monday, YPD said at approximately 6:18 p.m. officers responded to the Yuma Palms Mall, in reference to a report of indecent exposure.

The initial investigation revealed that three female juveniles were walking toward Target when an older white male driving a brown, newer model, Chevy Silverado, pulled up next to them and made sexual gestures toward them.

Moreover, the man drove around the parking lot and went back to the juveniles where he made the same motion again.

The suspect and vehicle were located by officers. Dwight Raley, 63, was arrested and booked for disorderly conduct and false reporting.

The female juveniles were 14 and 15 years old.
