Courts will decide if Preston Strong’s case was a mistrial

Preston Strong, 50, is scheduled to appear in court June 30 for the courts to determine if his case was a mistrial, according to Defense Attorney Ray Hanna.

The jury found Strong eligible for the death penalty after finding him guilty of six counts of 1st degree murder for the killings of the La Mesa Murders trial back in late April.
