1-year-old found in bucket of water ‘extremely critical’
The Phoenix Fire Department says a 1-year-old girl was in extremely critical condition after being found in a bucket of water.
Fire Capt. Rob McDade says the girl was unresponsive and not breathing when found Tuesday morning in the bucket in the back yard of a home on the 19200 block of North 39th Place.
He says the parents were home at the time.
