12-year-old boy gets hit by car
A 12-year-old boy was hit by a woman driving a Toyota Camry.
Yuma Police Department officers said the boy was crossing the street in the 2700 block of Avenue C when he was hit at about 7 a.m.
Officers say the boy allegedly didn’t see the car coming when he decided to cross the street.
The boy was taken to Yuma Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
