Two people hospitalized following rollover crash
Two people are in the hospital after a crash that sent a truck into a house.
The Yuma Police Department said the incident happened Thursday afternoon on Avenue A between 18th Street and 19th Street.
Police said the driver of a blue Ford F-150 was heading southbound on Avenue A when they veered off a roadway and hit a cinder block. There was a pedestrian who was hit.
The truck then hit a house next to the wall.
The Yuma Fire Department said the pedestrian was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The area was closed off as of 6 p.m. Thursday.
