Three men suspected of robbing Chevron at knife point

Three men were arrested, suspected of robbing a Chevron gas station at knife point.

Yuma Police Department officers say they arrested Juan Avila, 23, David Deranian, 24, and Joel Rascon, 23.

Officers say two men allegedly walked into the Chevron at 2002 S. Fourth Ave. brandished a knife and demanded money at 6:02 a.m. on Tuesday. The men were able to run off with an undisclosed amount of money.

Moments later officers found three men, two of them matched the description a witness gave police.

During the investigation, officers determined all three suspects, who were found, were connected the robbery.

Deranian is being held on a $100,000 bond, while Avila and Rascon are being held on a $200,000 bond each. Their next court appearance is scheduled for Thursday.
