Viral Facebook post raises safety concerns; local law enforcement reacts

It’s a photo that’s gone viral–a mall employee in Flint, Michigan says she got into her car after working a late shift when she noticed something on her windshield. Ashley Hardacre realized someone left a flannel shirt on her car.

Hardacre was about to get out of her car when she noticed another car near her with someone inside. Hardacre says she felt uneasy so she drove somewhere safe where she rolled down her window and removed the shirt from her windshield wiper. She shared a post on Facebook after speaking with her local law enforcement who says it may be a trend happening in her area.

Locally, law enforcement wants to ensure that nothing like this happens in the Desert Southwest.
