Woman accused of shooting husband says it was an accident

The Yuma woman, accused of shooting her husband was back in court on Wednesday.

62-year-old Paula Diane Eure is suspected of shooting her husband in the face on Thursday, January 12th.

According to the defense attorney, Eure the couple had been fighting in the days leading to the incident but he insisted last Thursday’s shooting had nothing to do with their fight.

Eure’s husband also asked that Eure be released saying the incident was an accident.
