That’s usually followed by making an appointment with a auto repair shop. The latest survey from AAA shows that two thirds of drivers surveyed don’t trust auto repair shops. The biggest complaints are overcharging and pushing unneeded services. AAA says that you should always have a repair shop that you trust, have a shop before you need it and do your homework by asking friends and family.
