The Salvation Army Thanksgiving Dinner in Imperial Valley

The Salvation Army in Imperial Valley kept their holiday tradition alive by offering a Thanksgiving dinner for the community.

This year the celebration took place two days before Thanksgiving day at the Salvation Army community center in El Centro.

Hundreds of people waited patiently to be served the traditional Thanksgiving dinner of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy.

Dozens of volunteers and representatives helped serve food and make the event possible.
