Three people injured in I-8 car accident
Three people were sent to the hospital after they were in a multiple-car crash on Interstate 8.
The collision happened near mile post 4 Wednesday afternoon, according to Rural-Metro officials.
Traffic was backed up for miles due to the crash on top of construction and travelers trying to get to their family for thanksgiving.
The three people who were hurt only suffered minor injuries.
