APS hosts open house to educate residents on rate review

Arizona Public Service (APS) officials are inviting the public to an open house to learn more about the rate increase proposal the company filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) in June.

APS corporate officials, community team, as well as solar and rate review experts will be at the event to answer customer questions.

Officials say the focus of the event is to educate APS customers on the rate review and how it may impact energy rates.

The proposal is currently being reviewed by the ACC which could make a decision as early as mid 2017.
