Locals prepare for the final Presidential Debate

It’s less than twenty days until we find out who are next President will be, and locals around the area are still unsure on who they want to be Commander in Chief, especially millennials.

I asked millennials around Arizona Western College, on their thoughts of the both candidates and the general election as a whole. For Bianca Melendez, this is her first time where she is involved in the election process.

“I find it a little bit strange, this is the first time I really thought about elections, and this time I’m actually noticing that this next president is going to affect my life. ”

Another AWC student, Luis Quintero, has trouble answering the questions and still felt a little undecided.

“For my personal opinion, I don’t really like….um…. I don’t like both candidates but umm… I like better, Bernie, and not Clinton or Trump but if you put me to pick Clinton or Trump I would choose Clinton.”

As much as college students are still feeling the “bern”, Trump supporters are hoping the Republican candidate finishes strong. A Trump supporter who did not want to be identified wants Donald Trump to bring up certain issues in this final debate.

“Hopefully he can increase his lead in the potential of the race, and I think a lot of people who do the news broadcasting for the nation, CNN I consider the Clinton News Network for the nation so, I would like to see him call her out on the White Waters thing that happened in Arkansas years ago and I would also like to see him call her out on the fact that she looks like she’s falling over trying to get into a vehicle and just general health as well.”
