OpenAI launches its own web browser

(NBC, KYMA) - OpenAI is entering the internet browser space as the maker of ChatGPT and Sora has launched its own web browser called Atlas which will compete directly with Google Chrome.

Atlas was first rolled out on Apple laptops running MacOS.

The web browser will eventually be available on Microsoft Windows, Apple iPhones, and Google Androids as well.

Around three billion people worldwide use Google Chrome, which has some of its own AI features.
