YRMC to host ‘Stop the Bleed’ event on Saturday

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Yuma Regional Medical Center (YRMC) is hosting an event this weekend to teach you how to save lives.

The "Stop the Bleed" training will be on Saturday, October 28 at YRMC.

You can learn how to react and treat a body cut at work or at home.

"This is going to show you different technics tools you may have at home, things that you can buy bleeding kits, anything like that, this class is designed for that," said Romeo Barcenas, YRMC EMS Coordinator.
