Concussions may lead to higher risks mental health problems

(KYMA, KECY) - A Canadian study finds that concussed youth had a 40% increased risk of developing a mental health issue.

One health expert recommends that parents check on their children and open conversation if the child has suffered a consussion.

Some of the warnings to look out for are mood changes and a child not enjoying an activity anymore.
