USPS reveals Christmas Cookie Forever Stamps for 2026

(CBS, KYMA) - The United States Postal Service (USPS) is showing off a sneak peek at the holiday stamps that will be unveiled in September at a celebration at the Smithsonian National Postal Museum.

The Christmas Cookie Forever Stamps feature images of four frosted sugar cookies, a Christmas tree, a stocking, a wrapped present, and Santa's face, on alternating red and blue backgrounds.

"Baked goods are synonymous with holiday celebrations," a press release from USPS stated, "and these stamps capture the sweet tradition beautifully."

USPS has been releasing Christmas designed stamps since 1962. Christmas cookies have previously appeared on stamps in 2005 and 2017.
