USPS honors Muhammad Ali with two new Forever Stamps

(NBC, KYMA) - The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is honoring boxer Muhammad Ali with two new Forever Stamps.

A ceremony will be held Thursday in Ali's hometown of Louisville, Kentucky to celebrate the first day of issue for the stamps.

The USPS says it is honoring not only Ali's prowess inside the ring, but his impact on civil rights outside of the ring as well.

Customers can pre-order the stamps on the USPS website and they will ship on Thursday.
