Walmart recalls 850,000 water bottles nationwide over vision loss

(NBC, KYMA/KECY) - Walmart is recalling 850,000 water bottles after two people suffered vision loss from ejecting lids.

The recall involves the Ozark Trail 64-ounce ail 64 oz Stainless Steel Insulated Water Bottles.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Walmart has received three reports of injuries after the lid forcefully ejected, and two people suffered permanent vision loss.

Customers should immediately stop using the water bottles and contact Walmart for a full refund.
