New report shows Americans continue to resign at a high rate.

(KYMA, KECY/CBS) - Employers continue to struggle to hire as job openings remain at near record levels.

Many workers are seeking jobs where their employers have flexibility and are able to work from home.

U.S. workers are also seeking for higher pay.
