Elon Musk to host Saturday Night Live next month

(KYMA, KECY/CNN) - Saturday Night Live made a surprising announcement about an upcoming host, who happens to be none other than businessman, Elon Musk.

On its Twitter page Saturday, SNL announced Musk as host along with musical guest, Miley Cyrus.

Musk is one of the richest people in the world, famous for Tesla Motorcars and Space-X.

While SNL typically features entertainers, not business people, it is no stranger to going outside of the box. Former President, Donald Trump, hosted the show several times.

Even though Musk is not known for comedy, he has lended his voice to "The Simpsons," and "South Park," along with his cameo role in "Iron Man 2."
