Sen. Mark Kelly visits Southwest Early College Academy

SAN LUIS, Ariz. (KYMA) - Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) visited Southwest Early College Academy Monday morning.

According to his office, Sen. Kelly met with students and recognized their recent accomplishment of being named one of the Top 10 schools in the world in T4 Education's World's Best School Prizes.

Southwest was selected as one of the top ten schools in the world in the Overcoming Adversity Category.

In addition, the school is asking the San Luis, Arizona community to help the school reach the top spot in the World's Best School Prizes in Community Choice Award.
