Biden winning big among black voters

Four Southern states pull for Biden on Super Tuesday

UPDATE 7:17 P.M. - Biden has also won Tennessee, solidifying his momentum on Super Tuesday.

WASHINGTON D.C. (KYMA, KECY) - Joe Biden won Alabama, North Carolina and Virginia, the latter two being battleground states.

This, in a strong start to Super Tuesday.

On Sunday Biden also won over South Carolina's black electorate, starting his momentum leading into the biggest day in the Democratic primaries.

Biden's win in Virginia was decisive--winning over fifty percent of the vote.

In North Carolina, Biden also leads the rest of the delegates by dozens of delegates and a large margin of voter percentage ahead of Sanders.

This is an important turnout for Biden, especially amid the lack of black voter support for Bernie Sanders apparent in South Carolina, continuing into Tuesday.

It is arguable the lack of black support for Pete Buttigieg and Klobuchar, factored into their decision to end their bids. They then consecutively endorsed Biden for the Democratic nominee.
