U.S. airstrikes Nigeria on Christmas Day

WASHINGTON (KYMA, CBS) - More details are out on the U.S. airstrikes December 25.

The Defense Department released a video of missiles being launched late Thursday.

President Donald Trump posted on social media saying the the strikes were deadly, but did not mention any number of casualties.

There were diplomatic efforts to end the war in Ukraine, as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he'd meet with President Trump on Sunday.
