Full release of Epstein files delayed to protect victims’ information

WASHINGTON (KYMA, CBS) - The full release of the Epstein files have been delayed, and only partial documents will be revealed Friday.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act was passed into law in November, which required all unclassified records about Jeffrey Epstein to be made public.

All files were to be released on Friday, December 19, but Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said more will be made public in the next couple of weeks.

Blanche mentioned that the delay is to make sure the victims' information is protected.
