President Trump officially signs ‘big, beautiful bill’ on 4th of July

WASHINGTON (KYMA, KECY) - President Donald Trump has officially signed the "big, beautiful bill" on Friday, July 4.

President was in Washington to make a speech before signing the tax bill.

Trump's big, beautiful bill proposes the following:

  • Boosts border security and ICE enforcement
  • Increases defense spending
  • Extends his 2017 tax cuts, which includes an increase in the child tax credit
  • No taxes on tips and overtime pay
