President Trump says he’s not offering anything to Iran

(NBC, KYMA/KECY) - President Donald Trump took to social media Monday morning saying he would not be offering Iran anything.

The president went on to say that former President Barack Obama paid them "billions."

The post also reiterated his assertion that the United States had "totally obliterated" Tehran's nuclear facilities.

On Friday, President Trump dismissed reports that he said his administration had discussed possibly helping Iran access as much as $30 billion to build a civilian energy-producing nuclear program.
