Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs to hold State of the State Luncheon in Yuma

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs is holding the State of the State Luncheon in Yuma this Thursday.

The luncheon is taking place at the Yuma Civic Center at noon, with the doors opening at 11:45 a.m., and Arizona Public Service (APS) is sponsoring the event.

During the luncheon, Governor Hobbs will deliver the State of the State address, where Yuma residents will hear "firsthand about key initiatives, challenges, and the future direction of Arizona," according to a press release.

Chef Jonathan Palacio with A Cut Above Meals will be providing the food during the luncheon, and the cost to attend are as follows:

  • Individual Lunch Ticket: Open seating at a table, but on a first-come, first-served basis
    • Chamber members: $100 per person
    • Non-Chamber members: $150 per person
  • Seat only: No lunch included and seating will be in a designated area
    • Chamber members: $25
    • Non-Chamber members: $35
