LOS ANGELES (KYMA, KECY/NBC) - California Governor Gavin Newsom is holding a press conference Wednesday.

According to a press release obtained by NBC News, the press conference is about Gov. Newsom signing legislation to oversee oil and gas wells, and community protections.
