Local U.S. representatives weigh in on impeachment
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KSWT, FOX 9) - The three U.S. Representatives that represent the Desert Southwest are getting ready to vote either for or against the articles of impeachment.
Representatives Raul Grijalva, Paul Gosar and Juan Vargas are all weighing in on twitter.
Congressman Grijalva’s staff confirmed the Democrat will, in fact, be voting for both Articles of Impeachment.
“Trump has perverted the rule of law, abused his power, and engaged in a cover-up. No amount of misinformation lies, disinformation, tantrums, cries of imposition by Trump and others and undo the abuse of power and obstruction of congress that remains present,” said Rep. Grijalva.
U..S. Representative Juan Vargas, also a Democrat, is following suit tweeting he was quote as one of the first members of Congress to support the impeachment inquiry.
I was one of the first members of Congress to support the impeachment inquiry, and after listening to my constituents and careful consideration of the evidence, tomorrow I plan to vote for both articles of impeachment against President Trump.

But that doesn’t seem to be the case for Republican Representative Paul Gosar.
The only thing @realDonaldTrump is guilty of is disrupting the status quo of Washington, DC and Democrats hate him for it.

We are still waiting to see if Rep. Gosar and Rep. Vargas take the floor.
