Democratic Senate candidate ends silence on Presidential pick
PHOENIX, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Arizona Senate candidate Mark Kelly says he's backing former Vice-President Joe Biden's bid for the Democratic Presidential nomination.
Kelly announced his support for Biden on Twitter Monday afternoon.
A lot of Arizonans are deciding who to support in the primary. It’s an important choice that will shape how we address a changing economy, and how we tackle issues like the rising costs of health care and education.

Kelly hasn't commented on his preference for the Presidential nomination before today. His choice isn't considered surprising since he's positioned himself as a centrist throughout his own campaign.
Kelly's just one of several moderates who have come out in support of Biden since his decisive win in Saturday's South Carolina primary election.
