GRAND FORKS, N.D. — Led by Grant Nelson’s 18 points, the North Dakota State Bison defeated the North Dakota Fightin’ Hawks 71-49. The Bison improved to 4-11 with the victory and the Fightin’ Hawks fell to 6-9.
