Last 2 victims of Virginia Walmart shooting discharged from hospital
(CNN, KYMA/KECY) - Two people critically injured when a gunman opened fire inside a Virginia Walmart are now out of the hospital.
Doctors discharged the victims on Monday.
The shooting happened two days before thanksgiving in Chesapeake in the southeastern part of the state.
Police say a former employee opened fire and killed six of his co-workers, and injured three others before turning the gun on himself.
The other injured worker left the hospital a day after the shooting.
Police are still investigating what happened.
Meantime city officials have revealed on the day of the attack, the gunman left what they described as a 'death note' outlining grievances against people in his life
The Walmart store remains closed and it is unclear when it may reopen.
