SAN ANTONIO — Led by Jonathan Cisse’s 24 points, the Incarnate Word Cardinals defeated the Our Lady of the Lake Saints 85-76 on Tuesday night. The Cardinals improved to 2-3 with the win and the Saints fell to 0-1.
