NORFOLK, Va. — Led by Dana Tate’s 15 points, the Norfolk State Spartans defeated the Saint Mary’s (MD) Seahawks 91-41 on Tuesday night. The Spartans improved to 5-2 with the win and the Seahawks fell to 0-2.
