GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Island — Led by Kevin Cross’ 22 points, the Tulane Green Wave defeated the Rhode Island Rams 78-75 on Tuesday night. The Green Wave moved to 4-1 with the win and the Rams dropped to 1-4.
