Airman accused after attack leaves four injured
(KYMA, KECY/CNN) - An Airman was arrested and accused of being connected to an attack on a US military base in Syria.
The man was arrested in June after an attack left four US military members injured.
The Pentagon is not revealing any other details but reports say the attack was indirect similar to how militia groups in the region fire rockets and mortars.
Following this statement, investigations revealed the attack on the military base may have been due to a "deliberate placement of explosive charges."
The four injured service members have since been treated and have returned to duty
