Warming up for the weekend

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY-TV) - Happy Friday! We will see clear and sunny skies today so make sure to lather up on sunscreen and grab your sunglasses. Temperatures will be slightly above normal as our afternoon highs will be in the low 90s.

Winds have calmed down for both Imperial and Yuma county and that will continue through today with winds of 5 to 10 MPH

Looking ahead to the weekend we will warm up into the upper 90s reaching above normal temperatures. We will see plenty of sunshine and with the warmer temperatures it will be a great weekend to take a dip in the pool.

We will stay warm and dry though the weekend with expected breezy conditions on Sunday as we enter the 1st day of May.
