Car chase ends in Gila Bend, seven migrants arrested

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Yuma Sector Border Patrol says agents were able to make multiple arrests after a migrant pursuit near Gila Bend.

On Tuesday morning, agents tried to stop a vehicle on Interstate 8 near the Ligurta rest area by Yuma, when the vehicle continued to drive off towards Gila Bend.

The agents followed the vehicle when the driver was captured on foot, as well as several migrants who were found in a truck bed.
