Resident calling on city to add speed bumps - News 11's Wiley Jawhary reports

HOLTVILLE, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - A driver in a Holtville neighborhood lost control of their vehicle and ended up underwater on Sunday morning

Alexis Landeros is a nearby resident, she said it happened right in front of her house.

"My kids fish and play on that bridge, it has become very dangerous since people just ignore the speed limit and there is no sidewalk," she said.

While there were no injuries, Landeros says she is calling on the city to install more speed bumps.
