Thousands of dollars in drugs found Friday morning in Yuma

Both meth and pills containing fentanyl were found, leading to the arrests of four people - 13 On Your Side's Luis Lopez reports

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - Thousands of dollars in drugs were found Friday morning in Yuma, including meth and pills containing fentanyl. All leading to the arrest of four people.

It happened around 6:30 a.m. near North 13th Avenue and 1st Street.

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office tells us a task force involving them and several other agencies made the arrests.

Among those brought in include 55-year-old Raene Swinehart.

We currently are not identifing the other three until they appear in court, as they do not have a prior criminal record, which is our station's policy.
