St. Hilaire carries New Orleans over McNeese St. 84-78

LAKE CHARLES, La. — Derek St. Hilaire scored 23 points as New Orleans stretched its winning streak to eight games, getting past McNeese State 84-78. Troy Green added 22 points for the Privateers. Zach Scott led the Cowboys with 17 points.
