San Luis, Mexico officer arrested for murder

Suspected incidents occured recently

SAN LUIS, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A San Luis, Mexico officer has been arrested, as well as accused of kidnapping and murdering a man.

Police say that the officer, identified as Francisco Alberto N, arrested the victim for driving under the influence, with alcohol being the suspected source.

Police then reportedly stated that the victim was kidnapped and the officer demanded money to release him.

When the victim's family didn't give up payment, the victim was then beaten to death and dropped along a canal.
