Texas murder suspect accused in 3 attacks on elderly women

DALLAS (AP) — A 45-year-old man police say has masqueraded as a maintenance worker at senior apartment complexes has been jailed on a capital murder charge in the death of an 81-year-old Dallas woman. Billy K. Chemirmir also has been charged with attempted capital murder in the robberies and homicide attempts on two other senior women. He’s in the Dallas County jail with bond set at $1 million.
