Complaint of sex crimes filed against former New York governor Andrew Cuomo

NEW YORK (KYMA, KECY) - A complaint alleging a sex crime has been filed against former New York governor Andrew Cuomo.

Cuomo resigned from his post in August after multiple women came forward alleging inappropriate touching.

In his farewell address, he launched a series of attacks on his political rivals and questioned the motives of the state Attorney General who oversaw the investigation.

Cuomo has repeatedly denied the allegations admitting that he made mistakes but always insisting that the more serious accusations were untrue.
