Mother’s Appreciation Day
Women of all ages are invited to the Somerton Library for a Mother’s Appreciation Day! Join us at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8th, to relax, celebrate motherhood, and learn about helpful resources that are available in the community for women. There is no charge to attend.

Children of all ages can create flower mosaics to give as Mother’s Day gifts from 2:00-5:30 p.m.

Mother’s Day Presentation
Celebrate Mother’s Day at the San Luis Library! On Thursday, May 9th, Lorenia Villaescusa, MS, from Hospice of Yuma, will present “The Job of Being a Mother” at 4:00 p.m. Learn more about the roles mothers play, and the importance of being a mother. There is no charge to attend.

The San Luis Library is located at 1075 N 6th Avenue in San Luis, Arizona. For more information, call (928) 627-8344.

Mother’s Day Tray
On Saturday, May 11th, children ages 6-12 are invited to the Heritage Library at 11:15 a.m. for a Mother’s Day craft. Decorate a tray to give as a Mother’s Day gift! Supplies will be provided on a first come, first served basis. There is no charge to attend.
