The Bella Twins come home to celebrate gym grand opening

The fitness scene just became a lot more competitive in Imperial, as 4:13 Fitness celebrated its grand opening on Saturday with a bit of twin magic.

One visitor, Stephanie Logan, came to Imperial from Australia to see retired professional wrestlers, reality TV stars, and Brawley’s own, The Bella Twins.

“Absolutely because of The Bella Twins, I couldn’t miss it,” Logan said. “They’ve just paved the way for the women’s industry for ten years… and they’re just so humble and I love them so much,” she added.

Brie and Nikki Bella were in town to help celebrate the grand opening of newest 4:13 Fitness center.

“I think because we’re professional wrestlers and coming from a fitness world, we’re like ‘Andrew, we’ve seen gyms from around the world and this is like in the top three,” Brie Bella said.

“Having my cousins come down, I’m so thankful for them… I mean it’s just, it’s been great,” Andrew Colace, 4:13 Fitness co-owner, said.

There’s a special message in the name.

“The inspiration behind it was the Bible verse, Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me. So, we kind of are pushing that theme amongst our brand,” Deuce Robertson, 4:13 Fitness co-owner, said.

The fitness center is about 25,000 sq. feet with state-of-the-art equipment, locker rooms, about 50 70-inch televisions, Shake and Wake smoothies, and more!

The Mayor of Imperial said it has been great exposure for the city.

“It shows that other people within the Valley, Yuma, surrounding areas, that Imperial is on the map, this facility puts us on the map,” Mayor Robert Amparano said.

The Bellas are happy to be supporting a local business where they grew up.

“I’m back in B-Town in Brawley with my family, and I always think that’s always why Brawley is like the most amazing place in our world to us, it’s our family,” Nikki Bella said.

The twins said the grand opening proves you can achieve anything.

“When you have a dream and you work so hard to make it come true, and it’s the best feeling. And it can be the littlest dream or the biggest dream, but if you never give up and you always stay Fearless, like it can come true,” she added.

4:13 Fitness owners tell News 11 their vision is to open more locations across the Valley.
